I believe food is a very small part of the equation when it comes to health. Light is far more powerful and important for optimal health throughout our lives. I will teach you how light, which contains both energy and information, sculpts our health daily, based on the choices we make. Once you control the amount of light in your life you will be amazed how the excess weight falls off, increase in energy, sleep improvement, and if continued long enough your body is able to function as nature intended it too without medications, supplements, or "superfoods".
If you are not sleeping well, I don't ever advise someone to start working out. If you are wake up tired, are constantly tired throughout the day, and have a difficult time falling asleep, the last thing you want to do is workout. You are causing more harm than good. I will teach you why a proper sleep schedule must be restored before even considering working out
Your mindset plays a crucial role in your overall well-being. Have you ever wondered why people continue to do the same stuff and expecet different results. Thinking better requires certain chemicals to be in the brain without them we continue to make the same bad choices and never realized why things do not change for us. When you control the light in your life and the foods you eat, you are able to think more intelligently, make better decisions, and not be persuaded by societal advise. I will teach you how to think differently about light and food choices to improve brain function. I will help you develop a positive and growth-oriented mindset that supports your health goals.
Stress is the silent killer. There are two kinds of stress, the stress you feel from life being overwhelming and the silent cellular stress from light and technology. If you feel you are under a large amount of stress I will teach you have to build the proper hormones through light and food to help cope with stress and conquer it. When your body has the proper hormones and circadian rhythm stress will not bother you at all. You may even welcome it for a challenge.
Sleep is so essential for your health and vitality. People really do not understand how important it is. If you cant repair the damages done daily you can never achieve optimal health. I will help you develop healthy sleep habits and provide tips and resources to help you improve your sleep quality. Once we retrain the bodies natural rhythms, you will be amazed what a good night sleep can do

I want to share with you my healing journey, how it lead me to optimal health and why you need to become your own doctor to survive in this technological world. My background will help you understand why the environment we live in creates the our health or illness.
Most of my life I’ve been a workout enthusiast. I assumed optimizing my food and exercise were sufficient for being healthy. I also thought sleep and light didn’t matter much for health if I was eating the right foods at the appropriate times. I followed gym/ societal advice along with what I have learned through the years through reading and experience. I had no issues for a long time until my environment produced the perfect hidden storm. Between the ages of 24-32 I lived in a home that had a cell phone tower 150 feet away, started working evening shift in a giant concrete box with 24/7 LED's and radio frequencies while sitting unprotected in front of a computer screen for hours each day. During this brief 8 year period I experienced hair loss, developed a chronic cough which lead to a mystery illness where I was sick for 2 weeks straight and couldn’t get out of bed, neurological changes, Lyme disease, heart issues, low libido, sleep and visual disturbances, and constant fatigue.
I was trying to heal myself by treating the symptoms with over the counter medications, md appts, lab test, imaging studies but never was able to restore my health to how it was previously. That's when I realized something was probably wrong in my environment and after years of research I found my answer. You can never heal yourself in the same environment you get sick in. Those 8 years have been the sickest I have ever been in my life and I never realized it was from my environment. Once I began to slowly change my environment, my health greatly improved. I now attribute all of my previous issues to the environment I lived and worked in.

Welcome, and thanks for visiting my website. My name is Nicholas Yatsko, I have been a registered nurse for over 18 years with an extensive background in primary health care. My passion for healthcare started at a young age. I was 12 years old when my uncle gave me his old gym equipment. From that moment I fell in love with working out but I never realized what it meant to be healthy. I thought by working out and eating the "right foods" I would be healthy, that couldn't be further from the truth. Just because your body looks good on the outside doesn't mean you have optimal health on the inside. It wasn't until my late 30's that my health care perspective changed drastically when I started questioning the world I live in and the choices I made about my health. I knew something was wrong with the modern health paradigm we all live in. After extensive research I finally found my answer from a neurosurgeon named Dr. Jack Kruse, he inspired me to think differently about healthcare in modern times. His insights have drastically improved my health and the way I approach healthcare. Now that I see the benefits of light I’m on the optimal health path and will never go back to the old medical paradigm that society and the medical community has instilled in us. With this new found knowledge and passion for health, I would encourage you to reach out and allow me to help you on your way to a more healthier and happier life. When you know better you do better.

How does your health coaching differ from everyone else?
I take the time to explain and show you how the human body really operates at the cellular level as nature intended. I'm going to explain how the light in your environment is far more important than the food you eat.
My mission is to provide you with a better understanding of how the human body works on a quantum level in relation to light, electromagnetism, water, and the effects of living in a technological society. Hopefully, after I share this information it will expand your thoughts on how and what optimal health is. While making your more confident to take charge of your own health, and how to avoid the pitfalls of society’s “quick fix”, “take a pill” method to health care. Remember what lasts long won’t come easy and what comes easy won’t last long, so start investing in yourself.
My own journey to finding a optimal lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters in modern society.
This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. I want to share what I've learned and what it takes to live an optimal life. Together we can achieve your goals and make you healthier in an otherwise unhealthy world
18 years of extensive experience in the medical field as a registered nurse and 26 years performing as an athlete allows me to guide you towards a path to optimal health. My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction and understanding of how our bodies interact with light, water, and electromagnetism.
